When I was really struggling, I kind of talked to God in an exhausted/frustrated mindset asking Him what is the matter with me!  What do I need to do?!  Almost immediately the thought came to my mind, "You need help."  I knew of the EAP program at work.  I contacted them and they gave me a few choices of agencies that were available.  When they said the name, "A Better Spirit Counseling Center", I knew that was the one for me.  God was guiding my path still since I wasn't doing so hot on my own.  I met with Julie and within just a few sessions, she really helped me through the jagged trenches back to where I feel now, I am enjoying a better spirit, more confidence to handle all that's being dealt to me.  So, I wanted to say thank you to Julie for all of her help and the kindness of Kristy in helping me schedule.  It's a great place for getting back on track!                                                                            ~ Bobbi
